Beverly was hired by the Board of Directors in October 2009 and took over the operations of the work center on January 1, 2010 as their full-time executive director. She has an intellectually disabled daughter who has been employed at the work center since 1982. Beverly brings to the position over 50 years of experience. She is married to Earle Young, and they have 7 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. One of her proudest achievements is the honor of being the mother of Dean Findley, Cheryl Findley and Denise Childress –all of whom are involved in “service to others” within their respective jobs. “I am so grateful that the Lord blessed me with this position because it gives me the opportunity to see clients learning new job skills, and enjoying their work experience.” Beverly's staff is a very qualified team who strives to instill in our clients a spirit of teamwork, and a true dedication to customer service.
