Amanda was hired on March 3, 2009 as a supervisor. I immediately observed her potential, and promoted her to Production Manager. She has brought leadership to her team, and they have responded by completing all customer contracts in the required time frame, and by helping our clients develop their potential. Amanda and Conrad have 4 children, which keeps them busy, but not too busy to be of service to other intellectually disabled adults in the Moore area. She is the youngest member on our team, and demands "quality" work, so we all know to "get with the program, we've got deadlines to meet." Amanda loves the clients, and has a great rapport with them -that's what matters most. Come by and meet our team Monday through Friday. You are always welcome at the Center.
